Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the mustard mixture over the cauliflower florets and toss until they are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
