Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dates
  • 100 gram Almond flour
  • 100 gram Oats
  • 4 teaspoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a food processor, blend the dates until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, oats, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the blended dates to the bowl and mix well until a dough forms.
  5. Shape the dough into small cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool for 30 minutes.
