Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, blend the dates and walnuts until finely chopped.

In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Add the date and walnut mixture, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
