Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

Line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Spoon a teaspoon of melted chocolate into each liner and spread it along the base.

Place the muffin tin in the freezer for 5 minutes to set.

Remove the muffin tin from the freezer and spoon a teaspoon of almond butter onto each chocolate base.

Drizzle a little agave syrup on top of each almond butter scoop.

Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each almond butter scoop.

Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the almond butter scoops, covering them completely.

Place the muffin tin back in the freezer for at least 1 hour to set.

Once set, remove the almond butter cups from the muffin tin and serve.
