  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 4 tablespoon Kalamata olives
  • 2 ounce Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
