Ingredients
  • 4 banana Ripe bananas
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Saute until golden brown.
  3. Add curry powder and stir for a minute.
  4. Add chopped ripe bananas and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
  10. Serve the curried banana sauce with your favorite dishes.
