Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the okara, sesame seeds, whole wheat flour, tamari sauce, filtered water, sea salt, and agave syrup. Mix well.

Knead the mixture until it forms a dough-like consistency.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Cut the dough into desired shapes using cookie cutters or a knife.

Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool on a wire rack.
