  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Krispies, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the crunch drops set for about 10 minutes.
  6. In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or using a double boiler.
  7. Take the crunch drops out of the refrigerator and drizzle or dip them in the melted dark chocolate.
  8. Place the coated crunch drops back on the baking sheet.
  9. Return the baking sheet to the refrigerator and let the dark chocolate set for about 15 minutes.
  10. Once the dark chocolate is set, the crunch drops are ready to be enjoyed!
