  • 2 piece Ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Potato Starch
  • 1/2 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Add the potato starch, rice flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well to form a thick batter.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the donuts from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  6. Dust the donuts with powdered sugar before serving.
