Wash and dry the kale leaves thoroughly.

Remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, toss the kale leaves with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.

Spread the kale leaves in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the leaves are crispy and slightly browned.
