Ingredients
  • 600 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 120 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Boil the sweet potatoes in a pot of water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the sweet potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add coconut milk, maple syrup, salt, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the pot.
  5. Mash the sweet potatoes using a potato masher or fork until creamy.
