Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cranberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cranberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  5. Spread the cranberry mixture evenly over the oat mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature.
