Courgette Bhaji Wrap Recipe
Bhajis are a popular street food in India and are often enjoyed with a cup of hot tea.

Grate the courgettes and squeeze out the excess water.

In a mixing bowl, combine the grated courgettes, gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and water. Mix well to form a thick batter.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Take a spoonful of the batter and drop it into the hot oil. Repeat to make more bhajis.

Fry the bhajis until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the bhajis from the pan and drain them on a paper towel.

Warm the whole wheat wraps.

Spread mint chutney on each wrap.

Place lettuce leaves on top of the chutney.

Add a few courgette bhajis on top of the lettuce.

Roll up the wraps tightly and serve.
