Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sweet Corn Kernels
  • 2 medium Capsicum
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add sweet corn kernels and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add water, cover the pan, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
