Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rice Noodles
  • 1 cup Grated Coconut
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Urad Dal
  • 1 teaspoon Chana Dal
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 2 number Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Cashew Nuts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and keep aside.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds. Once they crackle, add urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, green chilies, ginger, and cashew nuts. Saute until the cashews turn golden brown.
  3. Add grated coconut and saute for a minute.
  4. Add cooked rice noodles, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
