Ingredients
  • 2 cup Basmati Rice
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
Instructions
  1. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, coconut milk, water, sesame oil, and salt.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan.
  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Fluff the rice with a fork and sprinkle with sesame seeds, cilantro, and lime juice.
