In a bowl, mix together desiccated coconut, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

Add almond flour and coconut flour to the mixture and combine well.

Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for 30 minutes.
