Ingredients
  • 2 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Agar agar powder
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoon Shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Fresh berries
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk over medium heat.
  2. Add agar agar powder and sugar to the saucepan.
  3. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle shredded coconut on top and garnish with fresh berries.
