Ingredients
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 2 tablespoon Roasted Chana Dal
  • 2 piece Green Chili
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Urad Dal
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. In a blender, add coconut, roasted chana dal, green chili, ginger, curry leaves, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and urad dal. Let them splutter.
  4. Pour the tempering over the chutney and mix well.
  5. Serve with dosa, idli, or any other South Indian dish.
