Ingredients
  • 1 cup Coconut flakes
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Cereal of your choice
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the coconut flakes, rolled oats, cereal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop rounded portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Flatten each portion slightly with the back of a spoon.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
