Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 1 cup Apple Cider
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the carrots to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the cider mixture over the carrots and stir to coat.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and cover the skillet.
  7. Simmer for 15 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
  8. Remove the lid and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced and glazes the carrots.
  9. Serve hot.
