  • 200 gram Red bell pepper
  • 100 gram Cashews
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, add red bell pepper, cashews, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Blend until the mixture is chunky.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  4. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
