  • 400 g Mixed dried fruit
  • 1 piece Apple
  • 1 piece Orange
  • 1 piece Lemon
  • 200 g Brown sugar
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Mixed spice
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
  • 50 ml Brandy
  • 50 g Chopped almonds
Instructions
  1. Chop the mixed dried fruit, apple, orange, and lemon.
