  • 2 pound Sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Chives
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into small chunks.
  2. Boil the sweet potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender.
  3. Drain the sweet potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Mash the sweet potatoes using a potato masher or fork.
  5. Stir in the chives, green onions, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Continue mashing until desired consistency is reached.
