  1. Press tofu to remove excess water.
  2. Cut tofu into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green onions to make the marinade.
  4. Place tofu cubes in the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Add marinated tofu cubes to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, until browned.
  8. Pour the slurry over the tofu cubes and cook for another 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
