Ingredients
  • 200 gram Chickpeas
  • 150 gram Green Peas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add the spices (turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt) and cook for a minute.
  3. Add the chopped tomato and cook until it turns soft.
  4. Add the chickpeas and green peas, and mix well.
  5. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with rice or roti.
