  1. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into burger patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Toast the hamburger buns.
  5. Assemble the burgers by placing a chickpea patty on the bottom bun, followed by lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
