Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a food processor, blend the dried apricots until smooth. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, shredded coconut, coconut oil, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Add the blended apricots to the bowl and mix until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Cut into bars and enjoy!
