  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add boiled chickpeas and water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti.
