Soak chickpeas overnight and boil until tender.

In a pan, heat ghee and sauté chopped onions, garlic, and ginger.

Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Cook until tomatoes are soft.

Add boiled chickpeas, salt, and water. Simmer for 15 minutes.
