Stir in the ground cumin, ground coriander, and turmeric.

Add the cauliflower florets and sauté for 5 minutes.

Stir in the basmati rice and vegetable broth.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Stir in the frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
