Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter
  • 2 tablespoon Hot sauce
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 4 piece Celery sticks
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the cauliflower florets in the flour mixture until coated.
  5. Place the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix the buffalo sauce, melted butter, and hot sauce.
  8. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  9. Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  10. Serve the buffalo cauliflower with ranch dressing and celery sticks.
