In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Gradually whisk in the plant-based milk until a smooth batter forms.

Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and toss until evenly coated.

Arrange the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce by melting the vegan butter in a saucepan over low heat.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and transfer to a large bowl.
