  6. Arrange the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce by melting the vegan butter in a saucepan over low heat.
