  • 500 gram Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly browned.
  6. In the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle sesame seeds over the Brussels sprouts and return to the oven.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
