  2. Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Trim the asparagus and cut into 2-inch pieces. Slice the bell pepper into thin strips.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts, asparagus, and bell pepper with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
