  • 1 bunch Broccoli Rabe
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Golden Raisins
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli rabe and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
