  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Add mushrooms and red peppers, and continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour the black bean garlic sauce mixture into the wok and stir well.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
