In a small bowl, mix the black bean garlic sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for a minute until fragrant.

Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

Add mushrooms and red peppers, and continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour the black bean garlic sauce mixture into the wok and stir well.

Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
