Ingredients
  • 500 gram Broccoli
  • 200 gram Pearl Onions
  • 2 teaspoon Sherry Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 clove Garlic
Instructions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli and pearl onions and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked broccoli and pearl onions to the skillet. Stir in the sherry vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are coated and glazed.
  4. Remove from heat and serve hot.
