Ingredients
  • 6 ounce Dried Figs
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine dried figs, almonds, walnuts, oats, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Pulse until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
  3. Scoop the dough using a tablespoon and shape it into cookies. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack before serving.
