Ingredients
  • 4 slice Stale Bread
  • 4 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 minced Garlic Cloves
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • 1 chopped Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 chopped Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Add tomato, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and add stale bread slices. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
