Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.

Add red bell pepper, carrots, potatoes, cauliflower florets, and green beans. Cook for a few minutes.

In a small bowl, mix tomato paste, coconut milk, vegetable broth, curry powder, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Pour the mixture into the pan.

Bring the curry to a simmer and let it cook for about 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
