Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  3. Once the cumin seeds start to splutter, add the diced potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt over the potatoes.
  5. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly with the spices.
  6. Cook on medium heat until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  7. Once cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and drizzle lemon juice over the potatoes.
  9. Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
