Ingredients
  • 400 gram Rutabaga
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Peel and spiralize the rutabaga.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add red bell pepper and sauté for another minute.
  5. Add spiralized rutabaga and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in tomato sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  7. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve the blushing rutabaga noodles topped with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese.
