Blueberry Oat Dream Bars
Blueberries are often referred to as a ‘superfood’ due to their high antioxidant content.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 105 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 8.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix together oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the greased baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together blueberries and lemon juice. Spread the blueberry mixture evenly over the oat mixture in the baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the blueberry layer.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.

Cut into bars and serve.
