Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  4. Spread blueberries evenly over the oat mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the blueberries.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.
