Ingredients
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the black beans and chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the black beans, chickpeas, garlic cloves, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of paprika, and some fresh herbs if desired.
  6. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or vegetables.
