Ingredients
  • 2 cup Black beans
  • 2 cup White beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the black beans, white beans, onion, and garlic cloves.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke, salt, black pepper, and water.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the beans and stir well to combine.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and stir the beans. Continue baking uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Let the beans rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
