Heat ghee in a pan and roast the besan (garbanzo bean flour) on low heat until it turns golden brown and aromatic.

In a mixing bowl, add the roasted besan, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, chopped almonds, and chopped pistachios.

Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
