Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard Oil
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 teaspoon Green Chilies
  • 1 medium-sized Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 10 gram Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until they turn golden brown.
  3. Remove the fried potatoes from the pan.
  4. In the same pan, add sliced onions and green chilies. Saute until the onions become translucent.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and mushy.
  6. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Add the fried potatoes and mix until they are well-coated with the spices.
  8. Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
