  • 500 gram Beetroot
  • 300 gram Red Peppers
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Peel and chop the beetroot into small cubes.
  3. Cut the red peppers into strips.
